We can help you do it yourself with one of our
affordable screening packages. Just select the package
that meets your needs and pay by check or credit using
the attached order form. Once payment is
received, we will contact you for the information that we
will need to arrange an interview with your chosen
candidate.
Since we want to be thorough we have offered
several options here. Most families will only need the
Premium or Premium Plus Package. If your candidate is a
child or elder caregiver and has not taken a CPR class
in the past year, we would highly recommend adding the
CPR/First Aid certification as well. While safety is our
primary concern, we want this to be affordable for you,
so do not add on items that you may not need. If you
are unsure, please call us and we will help you decide.

If you have narrowed down your search, to multiple
candidates, please contact us for a multi-package
discount.

You can always find lower prices by using less
professional or online agencies that may consider a
telephone conversation as “personally” meeting with a
candidate. But then you get what you pay for. We take
the extra time to meet the candidates face-to-face because when
children and families are involved, we take security
very seriously.
All fees are non-refundable and required prior to
making arrangements. However, if the candidate
fails to show up for an interview and none of the
background checks were ordered, we will give you the
option of applying the fee to one other candidate or
receiving a refund, less a $75.00 processing fee.
Once the background checks are ordered or if the second
candidate does not show up, no refunds will be given.
While there are no guarantees on a
candidate that you find and select yourself, we will
offer to apply the fees that you paid for any one
package toward our full
service referral fee. You must notify us of your
decision to upgrade in writing within thirty (30) days
of paying the fee. Most families will
not need this offer, but for those families that do not
want the hassle of starting their search all over again, we want to make it easier for
them to find the right match.
All
interviews are personally handled and performed by
the Dedicated Nannies Agency.
Employer acknowledges
that the Agency itself does not perform background
checks on candidates. The Agency does retain the
services of private independent information brokers to
perform background checks on Candidates. The Agency will
provide a copy of the written results of the background
check to the Employer. While every effort is made to
assure the background check data is accurate and
current, it must be accepted and used by the recipient
with the understanding that no warranties, expressed or
implied, concerning the accuracy, reliability or
suitability of this data have been made. Dedicated
Nannies, Dedicated Domestics, their agents and
independent contractors assume no liability whatsoever
associated with the use or misuse of the data supplied.
Be advised that misuse of the data supplied may be
subject to civil and criminal penalties under state and
federal laws.
